Tell ChatGPT who you are billing and for what. Invoice Desk does the math, numbers the invoice, and gives you a clean hosted invoice your client can open, print, or save as a PDF. Later, ask which invoices are still unpaid or overdue, and mark them paid when the money arrives. Invoice Desk never processes payments, so never put card numbers or passwords on an invoice. Invoices are kept until you delete them, or 2 years at most.
How it works
Describe the work: client, line items, rates, currency, and when it is due.
Invoice Desk numbers it (INV-0001, INV-0002…) and calculates subtotal, discount, tax and total.
Send your client the link. They can view, print, or download it as a PDF.
Ask ChatGPT what is outstanding, mark invoices paid, or duplicate one for a repeat client.
